A few notes about former reviews. There is currently a hose outside so that you can clean off sand (but no mat at best of stairs), and also the fridge looked pretty new and wasn't rusty.
The house layout is nice. Unquestionably needs some paint, correcting up in a few places and new furnishings. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us.
